Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and hygienic reasons, we do not provide refunds. We closely examine our products prior to shipping. We will make exceptions to particular circumstances case by case scenarios. Please email us at sales@accessoriesbyjj.com with any concerns about your purchase.
Please note: If your refund is approved, follow the steps to receive your refund. If your package is on the way at time of refund approval, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Exchanges
If a refund/exchange is approved it will have to be within 7 days of purchase. Your item MUST be unused and unworn in the same condition the item was received. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include the name and order number on the returned parcels. Exchanges will be offered case by case scenario.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
